Juan Manuel has been working on interface and multimedia development for over a decade. He has worked as a consultant in usability, information architecture, project design and web programming for technology companies, agencies, and consultants in Argentina, USA and Mexico.

He specializes in usability and user centered design, a methodology that measures the quality of a user’s experience in order to offer satisfactory experiences for clients, employees, and users.

Juan Manuel has a degree in Communication Sciences from the University of Buenos Aires and a Masters Degree in Economy and Management from ESEADE.

Juliana Carraro Bignardi
Business partner

Juliana is the Business Manager in Mexico City.

She has ample experience conducting market research and user analysis.  She worked for many years in Marketing Departments of several companies in Spain.

After relocating to Mexico, she worked for the Secretary of Promotion of Investments in Mexico City. She was also involved in academia for over 10 years as a Professor of Political Science in universities in Spain, Mexico and Argentina.

uliana has a degree in Political Science from the University of Buenos Aires and is a PhD candidate in Latin American Political Studies from the Ortega y Gasset Institute in Madrid, part of the Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
