The method used by C COMUNICACION to produce and upgrade Web site content begins with the analysis of three main areas:

  • Users
  • Context

We first try to understand what makes a company or organization different, the differential qualities of their products and services, and how the organization believes it is perceived by customers, employees and users.

We then analyze the end-users: customers or employees. We look at what they value in the organization, their products and services, and the needs and expectations that they have for them. 

Finally, we focus on the context, defined by two main variables:

  • Users' objectives
